PA Crane Licensing
Any individual who engages in the operation of a crane in Pennsylvania shall be licensed by the board, or shall be authorized to operate as a trainee. The cranes that require a license to operate are all Tower Cranes and Mobile Cranes that have a rate capacity of 15 ton and above.

After June 30, 2011 in addition to the application you must notify your certifying organization such as the NCCCO and have them send proof of certification to the Crane Board.
