U.S. Senator Bob Casey is a champion for workers and organized labor.
 Senator Bob Casey knows that strengthening workers’ rights and the right to organize is how we build an economy that works for everyone. He is an original co-sponsor of the PRO Act, and he introduced the Tax Fairness for Workers Act to allow workers to deduct union dues from their taxes. Now, he’s fighting to pass the No Tax Breaks for Union Busting Act to stop allowing corporations to subsidize their anti-union activities at taxpayer expense.Through his work in Washington, Bob Casey has fought to pass legislation, including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the CHIPS and Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act, which are projected to create hundreds of thousands of good-paying jobs all across the Commonwealth over the next decade. He successfully fought to include “Buy American” provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act which gives companies incentives to create good-paying jobs to manufacture new clean energy products, as well as his provision to incentivize building clean energy facilities in coal communities.
