Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A & B – PA, DE & NJ
 We offer a course designed to assist members with permits and driving skills to obtain their Commercial Driver’s License with the Registry of Motor Vehicles. You can call our training sites in District 1 or District 2 for registration.Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations require trainees to have a Drug and Alcohol screening before participating in practical hands-on driver training. Please call the training site at which you intend to train, in advance, to schedule screening.
CPR/First Aid/AED Course
8 HOURS
Emergencies happen when you least expect them. It pays to be prepared. This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to help minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until advanced medical help arrives. The re-certification course for CPR must be attended annually to keep current. First Aid re-certification must be attended every three years to keep certification current.
Disaster Site Worker Course OSHA (7600)
Given a job at a natural or man-made disaster site, the participant will be aware of the safety and health hazards, including CBRNE agents, that may be encountered, as well as the importance of respiratory and other personal protective equipment and proper decontamination procedures that may be used to mitigate the hazards.
The trainee is required to attend 16 hours of training. The participant will receive an (OSHA 7600) certificate upon completion. Instructors must be OSHA certified 5600 trainers.
Please be advised that OSHA 10-Hour Construction training is a prerequisite for attendance.
Drone Training Course
 Please Note: There will be no flying the drone until you pass the 14 CFR part 107 FAA exam. Upon completion of our Drone Training course, it is up to you to set up your test with the FAA, which will cost $175.Course Agenda

Forklift Course Description
8 Hour Classroom
1 Hour Practical Test (Hands On)
Designed to train operators in Safe Operation and to be aware of hazards in the workplace. Effective December 1, 1999 (OSHA Final Rule) requires that all Forklift operators be trained and evaluated. There are three categories:
- Industrial
- Rough Terrain
- Telescopic
Upon passing both the classroom and practical tests, you will receive a forklift card.
Haz-Mat Certification
 40 HOURS
This course certifies students in accordance with Federal OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. To accomplish this, a combination of both hands-on and classroom time is mandatory. Students will be provided with a consciousness of the risks posed by Hazmat work and knowledge of the safety measures that must be in use as a pre-requisite for the worker entering a Hazmat site.

24 HOURS
The Trainee attends a 24-hour Classroom course. The instructor must be a certified MSHA trainer. The employee must attend an 8-hour re-certification class every year to remain certified.
Technical Knowledge Crane Course
24 HOURS (CLASSROOM PREPARATION)
A comprehensive crane safety course designed to help prepare operators for the National Crane Operators certification exams. This course is offered to train candidates to take written exams in any of the following categories:
- Tower Crane
- Overhead Crane
- Lattice Boom Crawler
- Lattice Boom Truck
- Telescopic Truck
- Telescopic rough terrain
- Boom Trucks
HAND SIGNAL COURSE
This training will review ASME Standard Hand Signals and Voice Communications. The course is available to those who want to prepare for the NCCCO Signalperson exam.
NCCCO Certification Written Exam
Written exams must be scheduled through your “myCCO” account. Go to my.ccocert.org and login or register for an account. Once logged in, submit an online application, and pay for the exam(s). You will receive a scheduling authorization email.
Approved exams will be shown on the myCCO portal and mobile app as “Upcoming Exams.” Scheduling will be completed in the myCCO Portal by clicking “Schedule or Manage My Exams.”
You will be able to test via Online Proctored Testing (OPT) from your own computer Test Center Testing (TCT) or Event Online Testing (EOT).
NCCCO Practical Exam
Once you complete the process, they will email you a unique authorization code that you will need to give to your practical examiner at the time you test.

O.S.H.A. 10-Hour Construction Course
 This course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of construction industry safety and health standards to entry level participants. The trainee must attend ten hours of training taught by OSHA certified instructors. The curriculum for this course can be tailored to fit the employees’ needs, and below is a sample course we teach.O.S.H.A. 30-Hour Construction Course
This course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of construction industry safety and health standards to entry-level participants. The trainee must attend 30 hours of training taught by OSHA 500 certified instructors. The curriculum for this course can be tailored to fit the employees’ needs. Upon completion, participants will receive a certification card from OSHA.
Process Safety Management (PSM) Certification
8 HOUR CLASSROOM
The Delaware Valley Petroleum Refiners Association requires all employees working in their facilities to be certified in this safety program. The coalition of unions, owners and contractors set out to create a uniform certification acceptable in our region for petrochemical plants. This course requires an eight-hour training session followed by a written test with 85% as a passing score. An annual refresher course must be taken to maintain the PSM Certification.
